By placing an order with CUCU, you agree to the following terms:

Order Confirmation

• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Once your order form is submitted, we will confirm your order within 24 hours via cucucreate@gmail.com or @cucu_create on Instagram only.

Payment

• Payment instructions will be sent once your order is confirmed.
• To secure your order, full payment is required unless otherwise stated. The CUCU couch will be reserved for 12 hours until payment is made. 
• Please send a screenshot of your proof of payment to cucucreate@gmail.com.
• Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are allowed only before payment is made.
• Once payment is received, cancellations are no longer accepted as your order enters preparation/production.

Processing & Pick-Up / Delivery

• After payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your CUCU order.
• We will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up or dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (made to order / hygiene and handling standards), we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• wrong color/size selection by the customer
• normal wear and tear
• minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting and screen settings

However, we will gladly assist if your item has a manufacturer defect or you received the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please check your order upon receiving it.
• If there are any issues (wrong item, missing parts, or damage), please message us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Kindly include clear photos/videos of the issue and the packaging.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or solution depending on the concern.

Care & Usage

• Covers are removable and washable, but we recommend following the care instructions provided.
• CUCU is designed for kids’ play and lounging, but it should always be used with adult supervision.
• Improper use (jumping from high surfaces, exposure to sharp objects, excessive force, etc.) may cause damage and is not covered.
